Image Choices
I like the way that you have used a selection of different images for the contents page, I also like how you have shown the the genre as their two separate genre's as well.
Masthead in the corner and the Title of the page
I like how the masthead is on the same line as the title, but how it also a lot smaller than the title so that it doesn't over power the title. I like how you have stretched the title downwards, and how you have done the same with some of the image page numbers.

Content Lines
I like how you have lighten the dark blue of the contents line a bit, this really does make them easier to read.
Colour Template
I like how you have used the same colours as the cover. But you have used them differently this time, for example, on the cover you had one of the darkest colours (but it had the effect of it being back lighted), but on the contents page you have it as one of the brightest. And I also like how both backgrounds have the same effect of back lighting. This really helps to create interest in the magazine and also helps it to keep it as you go through and read it.
Other Design Choices
I like how you have used the ripped paper to show it's genre, and to make the contents lines easy to read.

Improvements
- Move the title and the date over just a little
so they are not no some of the rips of the black paper.
